Baby Bird Photo #2

Well, our ID challenge is giving people fits, so I am posting another photo in hopes that by providing more information, we can make a good identification in case we receive another, similar baby.

Just found one that is identical to this in Southern Florida. Ever come up with a conclusion?
Not 100% positive. Unfortunately, the baby died very soon after this photo, so we didn't have a chance to see it mature.
